What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address when you sign up.
• Payment details: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep your subscription plan and status.
• Learning activity: sections you complete, bookmarks, quiz and assessment results, XP and streaks, and your answers to our optional onboarding questions.
• Usage data: pages you visit, buttons you click, how you found us (for example an ad or link), and basic device and browser information.

Why we use it

• To run your account, give you access to the course and track your progress.
• To take payments and manage your subscription.
• To send the emails you signed up for, like weekly streak reminders and your certificate.
• To understand how the course is used and improve it, and to measure our ads.

We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics, session recordings and cookies

We use Mixpanel for product analytics. For some visits we also record how the page is used (clicks, scrolling and what’s on screen) so we can find and fix problems. Anything you type is hidden in these recordings, and your name and email are masked. We use Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups and subscriptions.

These tools use cookies and similar storage. If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before using session recordings or ad measurement cookies. You can change your choice any time with “Privacy choices” at the bottom of our homepage.

Who we share it with

We only share data with the services that run the site for us:

• Clerk (sign-in and accounts)
• Stripe (payments)
• Mixpanel (analytics and session recordings)
• Google Ads (ad measurement)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Vercel and Neon (hosting and database)

Certificates

If you earn a certificate, anyone with its verification code or link can view the name on it and when it was issued, so employers can confirm it is genuine.

Emails

Every reminder email has an unsubscribe link, and you can turn reminders off in your profile.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete your account by emailing bycloudai@protonmail.com. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
